Shipping information for customers within the United States:
Shipping is $6.00 per order, regardless of the size of the order.
All packages are sent via US Priority Mail.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Orders with custom products ( such as
split palettes) may take longer.
In case a special offer is made for free shipping, profacepaint.com may choose
an alternate shipping method.
International orders:
Sorry, profacepaint.com does not ship packages outside of the USA.
Wholesale orders:
Profacepaint.com is a distributor for Wolfe Brothers. Wholesale
pricing is available to qualiified retailers. Restrictions apply and
minimum purchase required. For more information please contact

Return Policy:
If you receive incorrect or damaged items in your order please notify us within
3 days of receiving your order so that we can issue a replacement. Returns must
be given an authorization code first so please email Jodi at jodi@profacepaint.com
Please choose your product selection carefully. Face painting supplies and media
products are not refundable or returnable with the exception of the circumstances
