Shipping information for customers within the United States:
Shipping is $8.00 per order for orders under $100. Orders over $100 get free shipping.
All packages are sent via US Priority Mail. We do not do rush orders.
Most orders are shipped in one to two business days.
In case a special offer is made for free shipping, profacepaint.com may choose
an alternate shipping method.
International orders:
Sorry, profacepaint.com does not ship packages outside of the USA.
Wholesale orders:
We do not offer wholesale orders.
Return Policy:
If you receive incorrect or damaged items in your order please notify us within
3 days of receiving your order so that we can issue a replacement. Returns must
be given an authorization code first so please email Jodi at jodi@profacepaint.com
Please choose your product selection carefully. Face painting supplies and media
products are not refundable or returnable with the exception of the circumstances
described above. Please feel free to email or call Jodi if you require
